When contacting the Helpdesk by email, please provide the following information:
  • Customer name;
  • Customer Sold-To ID;
  • Application and version (such as Robcad version 8 for example);
  • Operating System and version (such as Windows XP SP2 for example);
  • Detailed description of the problem and possibly screenshots of the error;
  • Data that will enable us to replicate the problem.
If there is too much data to send it to us by email, please use our WeTransfer channel.
