FREE STUDENT LICENSE
 
Student licenses for Tecnomatix® Plant Simulation are issued free of charge. In supplying the information requested below the student agrees to the following conditions:
  • The student license is intended solely for home use to assist with educational assignments and/or to enable students to deepen their understanding of course-related content.
  • The license may only be used by the student who applied for the license. A student can only apply for a license once.
  • All commercial use is prohibited. Use of the license to complete an industrial assignment, irrespective of whether the assignment is completed as part of a graduation or  research project or in exchange for payment, is expressly excluded.
  • Use of the license during practical application sessions and in other similar contexts is also prohibited. The educational institution can purchase a license for this purpose under a different set of conditions.
Functionality is similar to that of the Professional series, with the size of the model being limited to 80 objects. The following objects are not included in the count:  Method Objects, Comment Objects, Variable Objects, Connector Objects, Interface Objects, Lists and Tables and Movable Units.
 
Application for a student license does NOT give the right to Helpdesk support. 
 
The application must be submitted together with proof of enrollment at a university. The student license will be issued on approval of the application.
